The priority is for Education, the basis edifice of any modern society is education, then cleanliness, then belief in God, then agriculture and so on. That means, without basic education, no-one can achieve the pure cleanliness, without these two, if you are believe in God, it may end up superstition, black magics, myths and so on. One who have good faith in God is engaged in agriculture, he will not use anything such as poison, harmful pesticides which are very common now.
